What is a luxury Picnic?
We pride ourselves in creating the most luxurious event for the ultimate memory making experience. Our picnics posses a personalized experience with an elegant atmosphere and start to finish service that includes set-up and clean up. All that you need to do is show up and have a wonderful time!
What types of events do you offer through luxury picnics?
Our posh picnics can be enjoyed on a small and large scale. We are happy to entertain date nights, small gatherings with family or friends, and much more. On the larger scale, our picnics are great for celebrating birthday celebrations, proposals, baby showers, bridal showers, company get-togethers, and much more. The sky's the limit!
How do I book my picnic?
After pressing “Book Now” on our website, you will be forwarded to a google form. There you will fill out all the details of your desired picnic and choose the date and time. Within 24 hours we will follow up with an email confirming your picnic, or an alternate date if we are unavailable to do it at that time. After we confirm all of the details through email/phone, all you need to do is show up and enjoy!
What is included?
Our basic packages consist of a beautiful picnic set up with a picnic table, pillows and throw blankets, dining ware, decorations, and set up and clean up services. Many add-on’s are available for an additional price.
Is food included?
We offer charcuterie boards as well as an assortment of beautiful desserts. We do not cater meals, but you are more than welcome to bring your own food.
Are drinks/ alcohol permitted?
We provide sparkling water at every picnic. You may bring your own beverages, although alcohol is not permitted in public parks.
Where are the picnics located?
We are available to put on picnics throughout the northwest suburbs and Chicago land area. Our lavish set-ups can be located in public parks as well as in the comfort of your own home. We provide suggestions of beautiful locations, but will also be open to a location of your choosing as long as we can confirm the setting. We suggest that you pick a location that you love and would enjoy gathering with others.
What is your cancellation and rain policy?
If there is an expected rain fall of 30% or more, you have up to 48 hours to make alternate arrangements. We offer you to reschedule to another day with no additional cost, or change to an indoor location. In the case that you cancel sooner than 48 hours prior to your picnic, fees will apply.
Are there precautions you are taking regarding COVID-19?
Yes, your safety is our number one priority. Between picnics all surfaces and dining sets are thoroughly sanitized.
How long are the picnics?
Every package accounts for a two hour time slot. Although, extra time is available at an additional fee.
How far in advance do I have to book my picnic?
All picnics must be booked at least 2 weeks in advanced.
